Overview
The Mark XV Hydrospenser is a uniquely engineered metering, mixing and dispensing machine that will process reactive materials high and low in viscosity, with long or very short pot life. This includes resins or Epoxies unfilled with solids as abrasive as silicon carbide.
The MKXV is four feet wide and six feet high and can be equipped to process three primary heated components and up to six colors. This versatile design enables you to use the MKXV with TPS's line of Degassers, Tanks, Melters or your company's existing vessels. This modular design helps to achieve your manufacturing goals with minimal initial investment.

MKXV FEATURES
• Pump sizes from .132cc (approx. .05lbs) to 100cc (approx. 44 lbs) per minute at 200 RPM.
• Pumps are easily removable for cleaning and can be interchanged to alter throughputs.
• Available pumps can process resins filled with friction modifiers such as rubber particles, silicon carbide etc.
• Temperature range from ambient to 150 deg. C.
• 1-3/4 HP 20,000 RPM mixer motor with variable speed control.
• Pump differential pressure sensors to monitor inlet and discharge conditions. Pressure limits can be set to cause immediate machine shutdown.
• 1HP DC pump drive motor with variable speed control.
• Ratio (i.e. gear changes) in under 3 minutes.
• Durable easy to clean 6061- T6 aluminum frame components.
• TPS heated material transfer lines utilize a teflon tube with stainless steel mesh overbraid and can be provided in any length.
• Purge system completely flushes mixer with less than 1/2 cup solvent.
• Vacuum pump for tanks and degassers can be provided with a wide CFM range and digital controls.
• 2 main components and up to 6 colors or 3 main components and 3 colors.
